Responsibilities
Execute multiple aspects of the systems engineering discipline, including requirements decomposition into software/hardware functions and system integration and test activities to ensure system requirements closure. Interact with development teams, production teams, program leadership and customers regarding technical considerations and issue closure related to program capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into a cohesive system. Support test events at multiple test sites and document findings, generate test reports, and present results to stakeholders. Contribute to requirements derivation, requirements traceability, systems integration & test, and performance verification. Ensure system compatibility and performance through system integration testing. Maintain eligibility to obtain and hold a Secret / Top Secret clearance.
Experiences and background we look for
Eligible to obtain and hold a Secret / Top Secret clearance. Experience developing detailed test plans and procedures; ensuring necessary equipment and resources are available. Experience with requirements derivation, traceability, systems integration & test, and performance verification. Experience conducting system integration testing and documenting findings. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, mechanical, aerospace, and systems engineering. 2+ years of experience with a BS/BA; 0+ years with MS/MA. Industrial experience in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.

Jama for Requirements and Test Management Script writing for test automation and data analysis Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies Knowledge of MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, ISO, ASME standards Modeling and simulation of electromechanically stabilized systems Time and frequency domain analysis methods Sensor and actuation selection and design for motion control Kalman Filter observers and state estimation Experience with embedded processing in systems
