Job Overview:
The QA Engineer (Automation) IV will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the development and execution of automated test scripts. This role requires a deep understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create test plans.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Document and report test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders.
Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software.
Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in test automation and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in test automation and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
