This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to influence strategic decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in programs that directly impact national security. You’ll partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to ensure program success, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of advanced technologies that meet the highest standards. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for global programs from concept through New Product Introduction (NPI) and full deployment. Advocate for program resources and priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Monitor program performance, track milestones, and drive accountability across teams. Identify and mitigate risks, escalating as needed to maintain timelines and budgets. Lead issue resolution, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and technical excellence. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Partner with Sales and Business Development on performance, cost, and delivery terms. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business teams. Act as the main customer contact for program activities and reviews, maintaining strong communication. Coordinate product demos and test events; collaborate with Engineering to enhance product offerings. Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred) Experience managing complex, technical programs in aerospace, defense, or electromechanical systems Strong understanding of GAAP principles and cost/schedule/technical integration for large-scale programs Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent Experience with UAS programs and familiarity with DoD standards and regulations Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and vendors Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience preparing proposals and RFQs for engineering or defense programs Ability to improve processes, tools, and templates for efficient program execution Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
