Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you will partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions. You will balance workforce planning, labor/union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness. Responsibilities: Partner with Ops and Sales leaders on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline. Drive talent development for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning. Guide sales force effectiveness through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs. Lead complex employee relations issues. Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments). Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of HR experience Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree Prior people leadership experience — managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals Strong background in talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations.
