Need GC and USC . Top Three Skills : PeopleSoft, Business Analyst, HCM Candidates will lead fit-gap sessions, gather requirements, and create business requirements document. Very BA focused work, they will not do much system configuration as that will be primarily done by the SI. PGE is currently using Running 9.1 and already completed their upgrade on FSCM to 9.2. This project is specifically their HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade. The primary sub-modules within HCM they use currently are Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. Definitely looking for experience with a HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade, I would consider this a hard requirement.
