The position is based in Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid work model. You will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Planning. Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team. Partner with ISC leadership to refine and implement the Integrated Supply Chain strategic roadmap, transforming the supply chain by embracing advanced processes, technology and analytics to create a connected enterprise. Develop and implement a data and analytics strategy for Integrated Supply Chain aligned with transformation and enterprise goals. Accelerate transformation by delivering advanced analytics and AI at scale. Design and implement governance structures and training programs to support AI literacy and sustainable process improvements. Guide standardization and governance across master data management and reporting. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Ensure cross-functional agreement to refine processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate execution of transformation projects. Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. Engage with executive leadership to communicate the strategic value and growth of data architecture and transformation plans. Lead deployment of learning and development across the supply chain (plan, source, make and deliver). Manage Integrated Supply Chain early career program including internship and leadership development. Functional Expertise
End-to-end supply chain experience across core functions (plan, source, make, deliver). Expertise in data modeling and analytics, including AI tools and techniques. Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks). Experience building business cases for technology investments and leading enterprise-wide transformation projects. Working knowledge of master data management, data quality and governance. Leadership & Strategy
Experience leading diverse teams across geographies and setting strategy for global teams. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions. Trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Translate complex technical concepts into business strategies; global perspective across cultures, regions, and time zones. The Essentials - You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor visas for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.). Typically 12+ years of experience. 5+ years of experience in data and analytics. Experience with SAP platforms (ECC, PLM, S/4HANA). Experience building a collaborative and inclusive culture with improved employee engagement; global, matrixed leadership experience.
