The Role
As a Systems Analyst I, you will support projects that translate environmental agency needs into software solutions. This is an entry-level, learning-focused role where curiosity, problem-solving, and communication are just as important as technical skills. You will be mentored by senior analysts and have a clear path to grow into Analyst II/III or other roles as Windsor expands.
What You’ll Do
Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Support business process reviews and data analysis tasks Write and run SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases Learn and support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines, data mapping, and data transformation Help configure Windsor software to meet client needs Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure success Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and team documentation
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Zero to two years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or software implementation Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with interest in learning ETL concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from experienced mentors Collaborative mindset and motivation to grow in a mission-driven company
