Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Java/J2EE developer to lead web service development and integration efforts within a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable web services using Spring Boot, integrating RESTful APIs, and delivering secure, high-performance solutions aligned with financial industry standards. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-grade services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. Lead API integration initiatives across internal and external banking systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, performance, and scalability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions. Drive innovation in digital banking solutions through agile development practices. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. 10+ years of experience in the banking or financial services domain, specifically in payment processing (ACH, Wire). 10+ years of experience working on large-scale, multi-tier, transaction-based platforms. 10+ years of solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and service orchestration. 10+ years of experience working in agile and service-oriented architecture environments. Hands-on experience with applications deployed on OpenShift platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading distributed teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
