We’re looking for a

Marketplace Lead Business Analyst

to join our Commerce team and help shape the future of digital marketplaces. This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on delivery, guiding clients through complex implementations and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Strategy, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value. This is a remote position reporting to Sr. Business Analyst Manager. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Consulting Lead client engagements, aligning business goals with marketplace capabilities. Facilitate roadmap discussions and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. Use data-driven insights to uncover gaps and risks, and recommend improvements. Act as a subject matter expert on marketplace platforms (e.g., Mirakl, VTEX, Spryker). Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable solutions. Delivery & Execution Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and manage development progress. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and frameworks. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives. Qualifications:

Required 5+ years in a client-facing Business Analyst role, preferably in ecommerce or marketplaces. Experience with marketplace platforms such as Mirakl, VTEX, or Spryker. Strong understanding of B2B/B2C workflows, vendor management, and commission models. Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and ecommerce tools (OMS, ERP, WMS, PIM, CRM). Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across time zones. Preferred Certifications in marketplace platforms. Experience in multi-vendor or B2B commerce environments. Awareness of AI applications in ecommerce. The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits
