Responsibilities
A Senior SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions to support business processes in accounting, financial reporting, and cost management. This role requires deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and the ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams to drive digital transformation. Qualifications
Required education Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred education Bachelor\'s Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT. SAP FICO certification is a plus. Technical Skills Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules: FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, CO-PA, PC, IO). Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, New GL, and Central Finance. Knowledge of tax settings, bank integrations, and electronic payments. Understanding of ABAP debugging, SAP BW, Fiori, and SAC is a plus. Experience 6+ years of SAP FICO experience in implementation, support, or consulting. Experience in full-cycle SAP FICO project implementations. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred technical and professional experience SAP FICO certification is a plus. About IBM Consulting
