Service Cloud & Experience Cloud Consultant
Mid-level to Senior-level to join our team! Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a large consulting firm or have a similar consulting background, where you’ve honed your skills across Salesforce’s core clouds. Lead Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients Act as a functional lead in client workshops and discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions Guide clients through best practices, solution design, and roadmap planning Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment support Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Development, Service) to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions Independently lead client discussions, bringing innovative digital transformation ideas and solution strategies to the table based on your proven expertise. Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience 1+ year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation 2+ years serving as functional lead in client discussions with enterprise customers Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns Proven track record delivering successful Salesforce projects in a consulting environment German language skills are a must have Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud You have hands-on technical experience and understand the details behind Service and Experience Cloud implementations You’re comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and driving projects forward Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud are considered a benefit We help Consumer Goods brands achieve commercial digital excellence - from strategy to hands-on implementation.
