What your typical day will look like Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 ODM implementation, aligning with textile production workflows (cut-to-stitch, stitch-to-pack, and dispatch) Configure Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, and Costing for home textile Manage routing and shop floor controls for dyeing, stitching, finishing, and garment assembly Conduct user training for production supervisors, shop floor operators, and planners; optimize textile manufacturing workflows Prepare functional specifications (MD.50), technical designs (MD.70), and test scripts (TE.040) for textile manufacturing scenarios Ensure compliance with Oracle AIM/OUM methodology Document textile-specific configurations, user manuals, and training guides Key Requirements:
What you need to succeed in this role Strong knowledge of textile sector stitching production processes (cut to pack manufacturing) At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in discrete manufacturing (preferably in the textile/apparel industry) Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, interfaces, and data migration for manufacturing data (preferred)
