Microsoft Power BI Consultant — WIT has an immediate opening for a Senior Microsoft Analytics Consultant with strong acumen in developing customer-facing solutions on the Microsoft data & analytics platform. We are seeking a blend of technical, leadership, and advanced customer interaction skills, with a solid track record of delighting customers with the delivery of successful projects on the Microsoft stack. Candidates should have hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power BI, with excellent data storytelling skills. Responsibilities
Meet with customers to gather business and technical requirements. Develop data visualization prototypes and production solutions in Power BI. Identify data mapping gaps and research/recommend solutions. Assemble design and development estimates for both waterfall and agile development projects. Establish trust advisor status for data and analytics customers. Lead by example through a culture of accountability and process. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing project delivery experience. Minimum of 5 years of development in Microsoft Power BI and DAX. Minimum of 1 year migrating legacy analytics to Power BI required. Active knowledge/experience with the Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics. Experience in working within Azure DevOps environment highly preferred. Excellent facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills. Local candidates preferred, either remote/hybrid local.
