Lead Trust Officer (LTO)
to join a team in Wilmington, DE for a
hybrid position
. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned trust professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality fiduciary services and solutions. Responsibilities of the Lead Trust Officer:
Lead and mentor a team of Trust Officers and Trust Administrators Manage complex projects and initiatives across the trust group Administer a book of personal trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, investment managers, trust clients, and beneficiaries Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal banking regulations Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and operational excellence Demonstrate discipline, effort, and adaptability in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment Qualifications for the Lead Trust Officer:
Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of experience in personal trust administration or fiduciary services Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects Strong knowledge of fiduciary law, trust documentation, and regulatory compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills CTFA certification preferred Compensation & Benefits for the Lead Trust Officer:
Salary:
$140,000-$150,000 Comprehensive Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off Work Schedule:
