They offer long-term growth, personal satisfaction, and international opportunities. Responsibilities: Perform financial audits and SOX 404 control reviews as part of an audit team under supervision. Ensure financial statements and controls comply with US GAAP and company policies. Apply a risk-based, process-focused audit approach, including business strategy analysis. Conduct audit testing in high-risk areas, supervise, and mentor junior staff. Career Path:
Typically, three years in Internal Audit can lead to a financial or accounting role at Corporate or within one of 50+ Divisions. Location and Eligibility: Locations: Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Mexico City, Mexico; San Jose, Costa Rica; Sao Paulo, Brazil. Must be legally authorized to work in the US (considering H1B or TN visas). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 1-2 years experience in a Big 4 or major public accounting firm, with exposure to risk-based integrated audits. Strong English skills; verbal Spanish skills required. Willing to travel up to 80% within Latin America. Audit experience, not consulting, is mandatory. External integrated audit experience preferred. Desired Skills:
Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable. CPA/CA credentials are a plus.
