As an

Account Advisor , you will be the trusted insurance professional for an assigned book of business, responsible for managing renewals, responding to client needs, and collaborating with carriers to ensure exceptional service. This role requires independence, accountability, and a client-focused mindset to deliver proactive, high-quality insurance servicing. Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Management Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate service in line with 24-hour email and same-day call response standards

Act as the primary contact for policy changes, billing, certificates, and claims guidance

Maintain strong client and carrier relationships and contribute to long-term client retention

Renewal & Policy Management Oversee all aspects of the renewal process, including marketing, proposals, and timeline coordination

Review new and renewal policies for rating, coverage accuracy, and compliance

Ensure timely documentation and policy delivery using AMS360 and ImageRight

Team Collaboration & Account Support Work with Producers, Sales Executives, and Team Leaders to keep them informed of key developments

Attend client meetings and strategy calls when needed

Support cross-selling and special projects as directed by management

What You Need to Succeed:

Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in policy review

Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360, ImageRight, and Agency Zoom strongly preferred

Self-motivated with a collaborative work ethic

Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or personal insurance account servicing

Experience managing a book of business and direct client contact preferred

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
