Accounting Manager

to join our accounting team. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial processes and reporting. Team Mancuso Powersports is a groupof six high-volume franchised motorsport dealerships in the Metro Houston area including Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory and all the metric brands We employ enthusiastic, motivated people in Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel. We’re dedicated to guaranteeing our customers receive everything needed to “live the dream” on their new motorcycle, ATV, UTV, Trike or Personal Watercraft. Job Description

Position Summary: Your primary responsibility will be managing our Fixed Assets portfolio, payroll processing and other reconciliations as needed. You will also play a larger role across all our Sonic Powersports locations in multiple states, consolidating and centralizing our shared services accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the

fixed asset ledger , including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliation. Oversee and ensure timely completion of

monthly bank reconciliations

for multiple accounts. Supervise and process

bi-weekly/monthly payroll commissions , ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to streamline operations. Our Culture Our dealerships place a high priority on customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum

5+ years

of dealership accounting experience. Strong expertise in

fixed assets accounting, intercompany postings and reconciliations, bank reconciliations , and

payroll processing . Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
