A
Master’s degree
in social sciences, international development, public health, statistics, economics, or a related field (a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience may be considered). At least
5–7 years of professional experience
in research, data analysis, or monitoring & evaluation, preferably within NGOs or humanitarian organizations. Proficiency in
statistical analysis tools
such as SPSS, STATA, or R. Strong ability to analyze large datasets and produce clear, actionable insights. Exceptional writing and communication skills in
English . Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-cultural teams. Preferred Qualifications
