with a strong background in manufacturing, cost accounting, and SAP systems. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence through financial leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close. Oversee and enhance cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis. Serve as the SAP subject matter expert for finance, driving system improvements and ensuring data integrity. Partner with plant leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is required. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing effective teams. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Benefits
