Overview
Role: Linux On-Prem SOC Engineer, WAF, PCI, Forensics, OWASP Cyber Security Location: 100% Onsite-Coral Springs, FL Compensation: $100K to $140K+ Depending on Experience Job Type: Permanent Full Time onsite We are looking to hire a cyber security engineer with a detailed understanding of cybersecurity methodologies and on-premise Security Operations Center (SOC) development and configuration. Responsibilities
Strong knowledge and understanding of Linux OS, network, and application layer firewall technologies. Prior hands-on professional experience with enterprise-class firewalls. Ability to apply knowledge and experience to manage complex firewall policies in an enterprise environment. Experience with VPN tunneling and administration. Understanding of enterprise-level network operations including, but not limited to, route, switch, segmentation and filtering technologies in traditional and virtualized environments. Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. To ensure success, familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, Forensics, SQL injection attacks, OWASP, and Security Audits. Qualifications
Experience with the following: Payment processing, Security, POS hardware device scanners, PII compliance, OWASP.
