A well-established small animal hospital in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, team-focused environment. Practice Highlights
AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor facility
Patients include dogs, cats, and small ruminants
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts
Hour-long lunch breaks built into the daily schedule
Dedicated surgical suite with digital radiography
Responsibilities Provide high-quality, relationship-based patient care
Collaborate with colleagues and practice leadership on case management
Develop strong connections within the Fort Myers community
Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants
Manage a varied caseload of appointments and surgeries
Qualifications DVM/VMD degree (AVMA-accredited or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)
Active or eligible Florida veterinary license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
