Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a Schedule Analyst with 3–6 years of relevant experience to support the planning and execution of complex aerospace and government programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing program/project schedules and will work under minimal supervision to ensure effective schedule performance and integration. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive program and project schedules using established scheduling tools and methodologies. Construct and evaluate logic networks, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and WBS dictionaries to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness. Monitor the implementation and progress of schedules to ensure alignment with technical and programmatic objectives. Regularly update schedules to reflect current project plans, milestones, and resource allocations. Analyze schedule performance relative to baseline objectives, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement. Perform critical path analysis and conduct "what-if" scenario planning to evaluate the impact of changes and recommend workarounds as needed. Provide resource-loaded schedule projections and support integrated planning with cost and risk functions. Prepare and deliver routine schedule reports, performance metrics, and schedule variance analyses to project leadership. Maintain schedule documentation and archives in accordance with program and customer requirements. Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics. 3–6 years of applicable experience, including at least 3–4 years in a government or aerospace industry environment. Proven experience in project scheduling and schedule analysis within complex programs. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. Solid understanding of scheduling concepts like critical path method (CPM), baseline tracking, and WBS integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required. Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with government budgeting and planning processes such as PPBE. Experience supporting NASA, DoD, or other federal agencies. Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Additional Details
