Work closely with management to assist with finance & insurance (F&I), including loan approvals, warranties, and protection packages Assist in completing customer applications, pulling credit scores, filling out sales contracts, determining payoff amounts and performing title checks. Contracts-in-transit, funding, digital menu selling Assess client’s vehicle needs and offer solutions that will help protect them during the ownership life cycle You must be organized and can communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Experience(Automotive preferred, but strong retail or business-to-consumer sales considered) Have at least a few years of finance management experience at a dealership Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills– Ability to connect with customers and close deals Tech-Savvy & Organized– Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales processes Driven & Goal-Oriented– Passion for hitting targets and exceeding expectations What We Offer
