INDUSTRY: Life Sciences / Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
Overview Hybrid role! Join an established biotech company in a Corporate Accounting position. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, CPA is a plus.
Responsibilities
Interact cross functionally with multiple departments.
Assist with month-end close procedures.
Prepare month-end reports for submission.
Analyze financial data and explain balance sheet and income statement fluctuations.
Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
Maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support internal and external audit procedures and requests.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
2+ years of experience.
CPA is a plus.
Biopharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices industry a plus but not required.
Highly proficient in Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills for risk identification and management.
