Your Responsibilities
Rollins Square Apartments is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join a team of property professionals. The community consists of 184 affordable housing and condominium units. Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include rent and HOA fee collections, annual recertifications, work order processing, common area inspections, accounts payable, monthly opening and closing, resident relations, vendor management, attending monthly board of trustee meetings, and other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
Your Qualifications Previous experience in property management is required. Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 is a plus. COS certification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Maloney Properties offers a family-friendly workplace and healthy work-life balance.
