CAD is required for this role Understand and digest standards and specifications Create process drawings in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks Set up CNC machines and qualify all new CNC Programs with a process for the job Provide input for the selection of purchased capital equipment Create tooling layout sheets and set up sheets for the plant Evaluate and assess all planning to support more efficient processes and product flow Properly select tooling and fixtures in their area of expertise Must be able to work independently Ability to train others as needed in processes IATF and Epicor experience Continually review and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality Create CNC programs using CAM software for turning and/or milling processes Fresh out grads are welcome to apply Apply to join our fun and growing company!
