Exhibits Manager

to lead all aspects of our GSX exhibition operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for event logistics and a talent for managing complex projects. You will serve as the primary operational liaison for exhibitors and vendors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from pre-show planning through post-show wrap-up. What You’ll Do Lead all pre-show, on-site, and post-show operational activities for the GSX exhibit hall. Manage exhibitor communications, third-party vendors, venue staff, floor layouts, move-in/move-out logistics, and safety compliance. Develop and oversee timelines, production schedules, and budgets. Serve as the central point of contact for prospective and contracted exhibitors. Respond to inquiries, coordinate services such as housing, payments, booth logistics, and marketing opportunities, and resolve issues with internal teams and external vendors. Track, communicate, and review operational deliverables, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely completion of tasks. Support strategic GSX planning, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resolution of complex operational challenges. Act as backup to the VP, Events on key initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced education or CEM/CMP certification is a plus. 5+ years in exhibits management with experience managing large-scale events. Proven success building and maintaining relationships with vendors and external partners. Experience working with, and/or managing, an exhibition on a similar size and scale to GSX. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical skills for budget management, contract review, and sales reporting. Advanced organization and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Map Your Show, Pholeo, or SmartSheet is preferred. Why ASIS?
