GoLang Developer Key Skill: Go Lang Responsibilities
Act as the L3 point of contact for incidents / queries raised by customers, L1 and L2 support teams. Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact. Work on L3 Jira stories that cover bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data issues. Perform Short-Term Fixes (STF) and Long-Term Fixes (LTF) in coordination with development teams. Conduct data analysis and fixes for production records as needed. Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response. Acknowledge, investigate, and respond to production support queries from customers, L1 and L2 teams. Maintain logs, create incident documentation, and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks. Mandatory Skills:
Google Go Programming. Experience: 5-8 Years. Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
