We are seeking a technically proficient and delivery-focused Manager to lead middleware platform engineering initiatives with a strong emphasis on AUTOSAR-based software development. This role involves driving platform integration, ensuring compliance with automotive standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable embedded solutions. The ideal candidate should have more number of years of experience in embedded systems, AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive), and automotive software architecture Roles & Responsibilities

Platform Development: Lead middleware and Basic Software (BSW) integration across ECU platforms using AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive. Architecture & Design: Define and maintain middleware architecture aligned with automotive software standards. Toolchain Oversight: Manage AUTOSAR toolchains including Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, and Elektrobit. Compliance: Ensure software meets ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards. Adaptive AUTOSAR: Support transition to service-oriented architectures for high-performance ECUs. Collaboration: Work with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams to align technical goals and delivery. Solutioning: Provide technical leadership in middleware solutioning and integration strategies. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide engineering teams across locations to ensure delivery excellence. Professional & Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR tools (Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, Elektrobit). Proficiency in C, C++, Embedded C. Strong understanding of ECU architecture, real-time operating systems, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). Experience in AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive, including BSW, MCAL, RTE, ASW, CDD. Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 standards. Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR modules (PHM, EM, SM, NM, E2E). Exposure to model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow). Experience with Linux/QNX, Secure Boot, Secure Flash, and firmware development. Knowledge of Nvidia ORIN MCAL, BSP, Yocto, and Linux kernel customization. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SAFe methodologies. AUTOSAR certifications. Vehicle Architectures: E/E Architecture, Zonal ECUs, EE System Engineering. Infotainment & ADAS: IVI platforms, ADAS software integration & testing. Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP. Tools & Simulation: CANoe, CAPL, dSPACE, Automation Desk. System Design & Modeling: Prevision, Functional Architecture, Model-Based Development (MBD). ISO 26262 (Functional Safety). ASPICE. Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in AUTOSAR. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field is required.
