申请 locations USA - Remote - Maryland time type 全职 posted on 发布于 5 天前 job requisition id R1093014 Job Description: Role Purpose The Alliance Solution Leader (ASL) will be primarily responsible for providing sales support, solution development leadership, and Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts through the Partner Alliance (Adobe) to grow Merkle’s services business. The ASL will also assist in driving Merkle-influenced software revenue for our Adobe Partnership. The role involves leading Merkle’s relationships for pre-sales and engineering support across Adobe alliance product areas. You will report to the Chief Growth Architect, Merkle Alliances. This is a remote role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite. ~25% travel to client sites and conferences. You are: Experienced in supporting partner-side selling motions and programs Experienced in selling into and/or co-selling, co-developing solutions and GTM offerings/ collateral partnering with Adobe Experienced navigating the Adobe ecosystem Capable of creating and running solution demonstrations in client settings Initiative-taking, persuasive, a self-starter, and a quick learner Comfortable working with SVP and C-Level leadership A “plugged in” professional with an active network / “Rolodex” You will: Develop strong partnerships with Adobe partner managers and assist in driving sales, solution delivery leadership, GTM activities, demonstrations, pre-sales architectures, and marketing initiatives with our partner's sales and marketing teams. Function as a subject matter expert with Adobe, supporting new sales at existing clients and new logos. Train and support Adobe Partner Sales Managers to match partner opportunities with the service providers they trust to close deals. Execute duties aligned with the sales plan for Merkle services for partner and Merkle-influenced partner license revenue. Contribute to the joint GTM narrative between Merkle and Adobe in cooperation with Merkle solution owners. Support internal teams in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Participate in go-to-market activities, deal registration/incentives, and manage Merkle’s virtual presence with partners. Help elevate the Partner alliance's maturity across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Delivery within the Merkle Alliance Partner framework. Contribute to developing alliance partner offerings and go-to-market strategies. Manage the Adobe Power Map and integrate Merkle’s strategies into the Adobe team. Design solutions to meet client needs and position Adobe solutions as part of strategic offerings. Track opportunities in CRM portals to monitor progress toward goals. Outcomes This role is key in driving wins, developing relationships, and evolving solutions at strategic accounts to support the alliance program’s success. Position Merkle as a leader in the Adobe Alliance partner ecosystem. Secure funding through Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for joint GTM efforts, solutions, and accelerators. Achieve alliance metrics targets in pipeline, revenue, and win rate. Increase Alliance Partner maturity across the Merkle Alliance Partner Framework. Operate within budgetary guidelines where applicable. Qualifications 5 to 8 years of professional experience, especially with Adobe and large strategic implementations in SI or experiential agency settings. Proven ability to navigate Adobe’s complex organization and co-sell effectively. Experience engaging with clients in both new logo and existing client sales scenarios. 3-5 years in digital media, marketing, consultative, or alliance sales. Domain knowledge in marketing technology and ad technology. Understanding of the digital agency marketplace. Strong internal relationship-building skills within Verticals, Business Units, and across Dentsu/Merkle. Proactive, interpersonal, collaborative skills for engaging multiple groups within Dentsu/Merkle and Adobe. The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350, based on experience and other factors. It is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
