REMOTE DEFINED CONTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATOR
REMOTE This position can be located ANYWHERE in the U.S.
$65K - $85K
Manage a caseload of small to mid-sized Defined Contributions plans (primarily 401(k), 403(b) and Profit Sharing plans) - caseload TBD based on experience
Perform allocations, reconciliations, plan terminations
5500 Form Filing
Non-discrimination testing
Team leadership a bonus (not required)
Job Requirements
3+ years full daily valuation experience
Ideal candidate will have experience with more complex, audit-sized plans
MUST have strong ERISA knowledge and compliance experience
Must have strong technical skills to adapt to industry software (e.g. ASC, Relius, ft william, Datair, etc.)
Experience with system conversions ideal
ASPPA or NIPA designation preferred (and supported)
Experience with Cross-tested or DB/DC Combo plans helpful (not required)
SPECIALTIES:
All ERISA related positions including: Defined Contributions, Defined Benefits / Pension, Non-Qualified, Actuarial, Sales, Service, Compliance, Implementation, Investments, ESOP, 401(k) Recordkeeping, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management, Wholesaling, Executive Level, etc.
The levels of candidates that I place include Plan Administrators, Compliance Specialists, Installation/Implementation Specialists, Service/Enrollment Specialists, Sales (Pension Wholesalers, Direct Sales, DCIO), Client Relationship Managers, ERISA Attorneys, Pension Actuaries as well as Management, Director, VP and C-Level Executive positions.
