Enter Requests for Information (RFI’s), for review of the Project Manager. Copy, file and distribute RFI’s as determined by Project Manager. Send memo to Construction Manager if it has been determined that the RFI will have cost, that pricing is forthcoming. Produce, send and input in Excel no cost RFI responses as determined by Project Manager. Enter RFI’s in pending change order log that have been determined to have cost by the Project Manager. Prepare cost proposals to review with Project Manager before sending to Client. Process and enter submittals in submittal log in document filing system. Track and follow up with submittal approvals for us and Subcontractors in Viewpoint. Make copies of paperwork as determined by Project Manager and distribute. Prepare transmittal for Closeout Documents and give to Project Manager for approval. Deliver Closeout Documents to the Clients. Pre-planning with Subcontractors and Project Manager. Document meetings with Subcontractors. Distribute and file meeting minutes. Additional duties and tasks to support other Estimator/Project Managers as directed.
