We are looking for an intellectually curious and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our IT analytics team. This individual will lead efforts to uncover insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and translate analytical findings into actionable strategies that accelerate business performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at storytelling through data. Key Responsibilities

Develop machine learning models and statistical analyses to address complex business challenges Clean, organize, and interpret large structured and unstructured datasets Build predictive and descriptive models using tools like Python, R, or Scala Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to implement data solutions Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations Support data-driven decision-making with exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing Advocate for data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control tools like Git Hands-on experience with dashboarding and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong grasp of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing Preferred Qualifications
