We are seeking an entry-level Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow with a talented team and to develop a strong foundation in configuration management. Responsibilities

Assist in the management and control of product configurations, including hardware, software, and documentation, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Support the development and maintenance of configuration management plans, procedures, and documentation to support program requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure configuration management considerations are integrated into program decisions and activities Assist in the conduct of configuration audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Provide technical support to program teams on configuration management matters, including engineering change proposals, configuration control, and product data management Participate in program meetings and reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews, to ensure configuration management considerations are properly addressed Who We Are

0-2 years of experience in configuration management or a related field (or equivalent experience) Familiarity with configuration management principles and practices Familiarity with PTC Windchill software or other similar Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems Familiarity with engineering drawings, parts lists, BOMs, and standard drafting practices Desired Skills

Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Clearance Level

The employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week to condensed schedules. Condensed schedules provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Salary is a general guideline and factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations affect offers. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. Washington state applicants only: PTO and holidays information provided. Other details on PTO, vacation, sick leave, and holidays are prorated based on start date.
