Project Manager
to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may be considered. DeVine's client supports military and federal civilian employees worldwide. Language instruction is the core mission. Classrooms are dispersed nationally and internationally. Multiple IT networks at the classified and unclassified level need expertise from the team. The client requires a full range of IT support and system engineering services including: hardware and software, infrastructure (including network support and data center) maintenance, operation, and Cybersecurity for various networks including secret level networks. Upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values Responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories Requirements
BA/BS Degree or higher from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience; or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification CE/OS Certification Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) 4+ years' of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders Experience defining requirements and writing user stories Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing Secret Clearance or higher About the position
