We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing scalable, low-latency backend services and integrating with cloud technologies.
This role involves leading engineering efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to innovative solutions that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement backend services using Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Lead the discovery and design phases of medium to large-scale projects.
Drive execution of multiple business plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Guide a small team of engineers (3–4) on assigned projects.
Design and implement low-latency, scalable services and data ingestion pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
Promote and support company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end service implementations.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development. Experience with Redis, Azure SQL, and cloud platforms. Functional understanding of AI platforms and their integration with backend systems. Proven ability to lead engineering projects and mentor team members. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
