The Role Our client is looking for a Systems Engineer to support critical, long-term missions. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing user requirements, high-level system architectures, and concepts of operations to create system requirements specifications. You will lead design and development, provide technical leadership for integrating requirements and technology, and develop system architecture and design documentation. You'll also guide implementation planning and act as the ultimate technical authority for work performed within the systems engineering area.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity.
A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience managing system and derived requirements, contributing to systems engineering documentation, and assisting with developing system and functional requirements.
The ability to coordinate the resolution of action items from various review boards and meetings.
Experience participating in Integrated Product Teams and defining methods for verifying systems against requirements.
Experience with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Service-oriented Architecture (SOA).
Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
