As a

Maximo Systems Developer/Analyst , your contributions will directly enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our IBM Maximo environment. By enabling smarter asset management and seamless system integration, you’ll empower teams to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions. Your work will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and supporting the long-term success of our operations. Every solution you build will help us move closer to a more connected, resilient, and future-ready enterprise. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our Maximo ecosystem by: Customizing and configuring

Maximo applications, workflows, and business rules to meet dynamic business needs. Integrating

Maximo with enterprise platforms like ERP, SCADA, and GIS using REST APIs or the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Diagnosing and resolving

system issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Collaborating on upgrades and patching , working closely with infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and modern environment. What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Hands-on experience with

IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher) . Familiarity with

Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)

and

REST APIs . Exposure to

Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes

environments. Excellent

troubleshooting and documentation

capabilities. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across
