Position Overview: Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will join a team with experience and understanding of environments that include ground, near-space, space, and other systems to meet current and projected DoD needs. QinetiQ US is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter. We are seeking a Director's Action Group (DAG) Specialist who will lead, manage, and execute various internal projects, including handling workflow taskers and summarizing large amounts of acquisition data. Knowledge and experience in Air Force records management and the Defense Travel System (DTS) are required. Responsibilities

Provide information, advice, and recommendations for the effective alignment of portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding. Coordinate and resolve issues and facilitate team communications to resolve program issues and ensure effective integration of requirements and efforts. Maintain, update, and analyze the acquisition forecast to ensure current content and identify disconnects or deficiencies. Incorporate inputs from force design, operational imperatives, combatant command priority lists, and future force shaping products to deliver recommendations that enhance planning and capability. Advise and assist leadership in support of high-visibility engagements, commitments, and taskers, including at the congressional level. Draft, review, coordinate, and process program acquisition information suitable for public release. Lead, manage, and execute internal projects to include workflow taskers and summarizing large amounts of acquisition data. Demonstrate knowledge of Air Force records management and DTS; coordinate and organize large volumes of program-critical information. Coordinate and organize multiple geographically-separated team members to support the mission. Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and execute internal projects including workflow taskers and summarizing large amounts of acquisition data. Knowledgeable and certified in Air Force records management and DTS. Experience processing, receiving, tracking, coordinating, and storing large volumes of program-critical information. Experience coordinating and organizing multiple geographically-separated team members. Experience and expertise using DTS and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience Secret clearance required Preferred Qualifications
