$87.00/hr - $97.00/hr Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and critical reporting requirements, ensuring data aligns with strategic goals. Deeply investigate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of complex operational and performance datasets. Proactively initiate projects to build and procure new data sources, expanding our analytical capabilities. Craft and optimize sophisticated SQL and Python queries to efficiently extract, transform, and analyze vast datasets. Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards, providing clear visualizations of performance trends and key metrics. Conduct in-depth, ad-hoc operational analyses to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. Navigate and prioritize multiple competing initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, consistently delivering high-quality results. Must-Have Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, specifically related to understanding operational performance. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Practical experience with ETL processes, automation techniques, and/or machine learning concepts. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently, proactively identify analytical opportunities, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations. About Aquent Talent
