The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory levels for multiple locations within the region. This role ensures timely ordering of food, supplies, and other products while staying within the assigned budget. The Inventory Specialist must be detail-oriented, computer-proficient, and capable of effective communication through email and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels across assigned locations. Place and confirm orders with approved vendors to ensure product availability. Maintain budget compliance by analyzing ordering trends and preventing over-ordering or waste. Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly inventory reports as requested. Communicate effectively with chefs, managers, and vendors via email and phone to resolve discrepancies or special requests. Conduct routine checks to verify product quality, quantity, and accuracy of deliveries. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in ordering and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and cost-control measures. Provide support for audits, spot-checks, and end-of-period inventory counts. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 1-3 years of inventory, purchasing, or related experience (hospitality/food service industry a plus). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication required). Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and solve problems effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams across the region. Work Environment:

Office and kitchen environments. Must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed for inventory counts. Compensation:
