Job Title: ITSM Business Analyst
Role : ITSM Business Analyst (ServiceNow & ITIL) Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Duration : 12+ months Required Skills : ServiceNow (workflows, reporting, data analytics) ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB Process workflow & diagramming Traditional Business Analyst skills Responsibilities : Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and improve decision-making Ensure data quality and integrity using advanced analytics Create and communicate workflow diagrams and process artifacts Use ServiceNow & Azure DevOps for operational insights Collaborate with Change/Problem Managers to optimize ITSM processes Manage software onboarding and asset lifecycle per ITIL/COBIT standards Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in ITSM operations ITIL certification preferred Strong communication, analytical, and governance skills Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Contract Job function : Information Technology Transcend Staffing Solutions LLC is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
