Full-Stack Engineer
to join our fast-growing AI startup. You’ll work directly with our founder (ex-Google Brain, PhD in AI) to build the next generation of AI-native Executive assistants. This is a chance to take ownership of our core product architecture and solve challenging problems end-to-end. Anywhere in the U.S. or Canada Compensation:
$4000-5,000/month + 0.25–1% equity What you’ll do: Build and maintain full-stack features (React + Python backend) Contribute to core AI-powered knowledge management systems Work on context modeling and next-gen enterprise assistant technology Collaborate directly with the founder on product & technical strategy Rapidly iterate and ship features using AI-enhanced development tools What we’re looking for: 3+ years of software development (full-stack) Strong in React (frontend) + Python (backend) Solid computer science fundamentals & engineering practices Strong written/verbal English communication skills Independent problem-solver, async-friendly, startup-ready Nice to have: Experience with AI programming tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, etc.) Background in ML/NLP Startup or fast-paced engineering environment experience Contributions to open-source projects About us: We’re a small founder-led team building AI assistants for businesses.
