What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive overall cybersecurity compliance across the Digital organization and associated platforms Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess and enhance cybersecurity measures Lead the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools for the Digital organization Define and manage the global Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention program Engage with cross-functional teams to implement effective data security solutions What is Required (Qualifications):
At least one Information Security certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA Commercial experience in hands-on, functional Information Security roles Hands-on experience with data security and/or Audit/Risk management Proven experience in leading data privacy programs for multinational corporations Experience advising senior leadership on privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Security program development or operations experience Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale programs and cross-business initiatives Experience in managing compliance and mitigating risks Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and threat detection Background in engaging with vendor assessments and security technologies research We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
