Validity is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Analyst to lead the administration, integration, and optimization of our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned RevOps or SalesOps professional who thrives at the intersection of business process and system configuration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce and a suite of sales intelligence tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a proven ability to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and drive implementation end-to-end. Position Duties And Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration: Serve as a lead administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud, design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, flows, automation, validation rules, and dashboards. Sales & Marketing Technology Ownership: Administer and optimize key GTM tools including Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strategic Systems Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems to align tools and processes with GTM strategy. Required Experience, Skills, and Education

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud required). Strong experience administering and integrating at least two of the following: Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RollWorks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Proven ability to gather business requirements, propose solutions, and execute on system configurations. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification. Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
