In this essential role within the Field Operations Department, you will support both Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm Contract Duration:
5-6 months (with the possibility of extension) Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between Field Operations and Customer Service in the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model. Offer proactive support and promptly resolve issues to improve the customer experience. Utilize Excel to analyze performance data, generating insights and identifying key trends. Work collaboratively across functions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance service delivery. Assist in inventory and logistics management to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service, or Account Management, ideally within DSD or supply chain settings. Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization. Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
