Insight Global is seeking an experienced and self-motivated contractor to join Systems Support team in Midland, TX as a Systems Administrator I for a large oil and gas client. Reporting to the Supply Chain System Support Team Lead, this role is critical in ensuring the integrity and standardization of all transactions between Ariba and SAP (S/4 HANA). The specialist will support the functionality and maintenance of Ariba transactions, troubleshoot issues, and assist with Supply Chain processes configured within SAP. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving incident tickets, conducting and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying system defects and enhancements, enforcing data consistency across platforms, and serving as the first line of support for end-user queries. The role requires close collaboration with SCM, AP, Operations, IT, Ariba/SAP Support, and suppliers to ensure seamless system performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, IT, or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent work experience. Strong communication skills and ability to seamlessly collaborate with multiple teams to update, enhance, and troubleshoot configurations to interface effectively and appropriately across functions with various levels of seniority. Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and well adaptable to change. Excellent proficiency in time management and ability to assess and resolve tasks in a timely manner. Experience in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills Ability to promptly learn new systems, processes, and applications.
