Senior Project Manager/Stormwater Design Engineer

The Project Manager will also participate in the development of proposals, lead business development, present at conferences, participate in professional organizations, and will have the opportunity to grow nationally. Lead project management and stormwater design efforts, including hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater mitigation, master planning, and surface water assessment. Develop proposals, lead business development activities, and participate in professional organizations. Present at conferences and collaborate with federal, state, and local clients. Mentor team members and manage project delivery to meet quality and schedule targets. Required Skills & Required Experience
B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related field) with emphasis in water resources. 10+ years of water resources-related experience. Ability to develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role. Experience performing engineering analysis; developing preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; writing specifications and construction documents. Progressive experience in business development and/or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including stormwater pump stations, flood control channels, and tide gates (a plus). Dam Safety and design experience (a plus). Knowledge and experience with USACE Civil Works projects (a plus). Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics. Knowledge/experience with ESRI ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in basic MS Office software. P.E. certification (a plus).
