Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of a project from preconstruction through closeout Work with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budgets Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-reduction ideas, provide value engineering, and negotiate contracts and fees Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors Identify opportunities to procure materials or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to budget or schedule Collaborate with Project Superintendent on subcontractor scopes, schedules, and site logistics Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower issues Lead on-site progress review meetings (OAC) with client once construction begins Track project performance versus budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports Maintain focus on delivering a safe and high-quality construction experience for clients, subcontractors, and vendors Qualifications
BS in Engineering, Construction or related field 1-4 years of construction management or engineering design experience Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project Legal
