11053 Responsibilities
Work on a variety of energy projects for industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation sectors. Growth in renewable system design offers opportunity in a rapidly expanding segment. Lead and mentor other discipline engineers and perform electrical work on projects. Responsibilities include electrical system analysis (load flow, short circuit, coordination, arc flash studies), engineering of microgrid (distributed generation), battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems, including studies and system modeling. Design electrical systems in accordance with NEC, including power to medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting. Include campus distribution and building low-voltage systems; may involve working with European voltage systems and standards. Work on several large projects in the USA and overseas and have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of challenging projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university 2–8 years of experience Experience in industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation sectors Understanding of developing engineering drawings and specifications Ability to perform basic engineering calculations Assist in sizing, selecting, and specifying electrical equipment and coordinating information with vendors Perform project field site visits Designing medium- and low-voltage electrical systems Proficiency with ETAP, SKM or Easypower; AGI or Visual Lighting Software AutoCAD/Revit is a plus FE or PE licensure depending on experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills General understanding of engineering drawings and specifications Compensation and Transparency

The starting salary for the successful candidate is competitive and will be determined by qualifications, experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy, and practices. Flexibility and Work Schedule
Stanley’s approach to flexibility offers a hybrid schedule for eligible positions: two days in the office, two days remote, and Friday as a flexible day (in-office or at home). Eligible roles may also offer a compressed workweek. Participants will be assigned a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. What we offer
